Returns Policy

The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened/unused: strings, reeds, software/soundware, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, videos, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.

Due to their return policies, you must contact Apple directly to repair, replace, or return Apple products. They may not be returned to us under any circumstance.

Musicesp only accepts returns made within the first 10 days from shipment.

Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 10-day period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Stringed instruments priced at $1999.00 or more, must be returned within 5 days of shipment. Should you decide to return your shipment, please pack your return carefully to prevent damage in shipment. All returns must
1. Include a return authorization number.
2. Be in the original packaging complete with all collateral materials such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument.
3. Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials.
Return items not meeting these requirements may be refused or a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed.

Internet Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be available in the shopping cart and at checkout. Larger instruments may ship via truck freight. Most orders will be shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer, please contact us for details. UPS Express Shipping options are also available via phone orders at 1-888-353-9773.

Alaska and Hawaii

Residents of Alaska and Hawaii please take note that our online UPS shipping calculator is accurate for our full line of basic product offerings. Larger products such as drumsets, mallet instruments, hardware, etc. will may incur additional charges that cannot be calculated via the online system. However, we will contact you for any order that will incur additional fees to receive your approval prior to shipping.

Freight shipping is billed at exact amount as charged by carrier. Call 1-888-353-9773 for information. There are extra shipping charges for orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. and to APO/FPO boxes. Call for information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is undeliverable or if an address correction is needed due to a customer error, the customer will be responsible for all incurred fees. UPS currently charges $10 for an address correction, which includes issues with the incorrect zip code, missing apartment number, etc. Please be sure to provide an accurate ship to address when placing your order.
